Thor: The Dark World trailer gets earth out of the way as quickly as possible

Marvel has released a teaser for the second Thor installment The Dark World showing the war between the Asgardians and the Dark Elves.

The movie very quickly gets the mandatory earth-segment out of the way by having Thor capture Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) so that the rest of the movie will be full on Fantasy CGI fest with Jane being the fish out of the water who explores the realms. And of course beause of Tom Hiddleston’s popularity you can’t have Thor without Loki.

Directed by Alan Taylor (Game of Thrones) Thor: The Dark World arrives Halloween in German speaking countries, November 8th in the US.
