Christopher Nolan screens his first cut of TDKR to Warner Brothers

There hasn’t been a lot of news recently about The Dark Knight Rises except for some toy releases and so on but now the movie seems to have made a big step towards being completed: Christopher Nolan has screened his first cut of The Dark Knight Rises to Warner Brothers. So now it seems to be a question of fine tuning. There is no information about the running time nor about the reaction of Warner Brothers.
Let’s hope that we hear some good reactions from The Dark Knight Rises from the studio. With The Dark Knight there was an early report of a screening to the executives (I think it was May but I could be wrong). And back then I was just thinking that it was a marketing rumor but as it turned out The Dark Knight deserved all the standing ovation stories – let’s hope this will be true for TDKR as well.
